To ensure quality work every time, we use a Cleaning Checklist which is left for the client to review after each appointment. We also send a 10-second feedback form after each visit to ensure we're meeting (or exceeding!) your expectations. Rates & Pricing
We strive to be transparent about our pricing. No hidden fees, sharky sales pitches, or service cancellation costs. We believe our hard work and great customer service will inspire you to stick with us!
Cost includes supplies, travel, quick and friendly customer service, and living wages for our staff above industry standard.
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance cleaning is priced by cleaning tasks and client preferences. It includes all items on our checklist. We do offer deep cleaning add-ons that can be added to any service.

Example cleaning cost for a 2,000 sq. foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home:

For recurring services, we complete a First Deep Clean to prepare your home for regular maintenance.
Linen changing, pet fur cleanup, tidying, home activity, and other personal preferences add to our time and cost.
We have a $100 minimum for any appointment. First, Move, and One-Time cleans are subject to a reasonable contingency fee which is outlined on each estimate.

Add-On Services
Add-on services can be added to any cleaning appointment. We ask clients to request add-on services 48 hours in advance.
Fridge Wipe-out - $30
Includes taking your fridge apart and scrubbing each individual piece, sides, fridge floor, and dusting the intake vent at the bottom.
Freezer Wipe-out - $30
Includes taking your freezer apart and scrubbing each individual piece, sides, bottom, and dusting the intake vent at the bottom.
Fridge/Freezer Clean-Out (Move Cleans Only) - $60
Includes taking your fridge + freezer apart and scrubbing each individual piece, sides and bottom, and dusting the intake vent at the bottom
Stovetop Deep Scrub -$25-$30
This service includes removing all the parts from your stovetop, using a high-powered stovetop cleaner to remove cooked-on food debris. We will also remove knobs and scrub as possible, and use our detail brushes in the nooks and crannies of the surface of the stove.
Oven Interior Clean - $75
We use extra strength oven cleaner (not natural) and steel wool to scrub away built-up grime inside of the oven. Includes oven racks, drawer, cooking surface, and exterior polish.
Trash Cupboard Scrub
This service includes removing your pull-out trash bin(s) and cleaning the interior of the trash cupboard, including the hardware that the bins sit on. You can add a trash-bin wash-out to the service as well. This includes wiping, scrubbing, magic-erasing, and replacing your trash bin.
Trash Bin Wash-Out- $10/bin
We rinse, wipe, and scrub your kitchen or bathroom trash bins.
Linen and Duvet Changing
Crib, twin, full beds- $5
Queen, king beds- $10
Duvets- $5 twin/full | $10 queen/king
Includes removing and replacing linens. Must leave extra set of fresh linens out for the team.
Scrub-Brush Baseboards- Priced by project
We don’t typically have enough time to take a detail brush to your baseboards, but they might need it!
Built-in/Shelf Clean- Priced by project
Remove items in kitchen cupboards, built-ins, entertainment centers, or large bookshelves + wipe out and replace items
Window Interior Cleaning- $3 per window
Includes cleaning of frame, sill, interior glass, and crossbars.
At this time, were do not offer cleaning of the inner window well or any exterior glass cleaning.
Wet-Wipe Blinds- $7/set
We always have our eye out for dust on blinds, but if they are past the point of dry-dusting, we can set aside extra time to give ‘em a good wet wipe. The increase in the feeling of clean and overall brightness in a room is unexpectedly excellent.
This service includes window interior cleaning.
Slider Door Cleaning- $10/Slider
Spot-cleaning is included in our regular services. However, if you’d like us to wash the slider door glass top-to-bottom inside and out, you’ll want to add this service to your cleaning appointment.
This service is weather-permitting. Temperature must be above 50 degrees and without precipitation.
